Elevated Forklift Inventory Levels Continue To Suppress Auction Values
The new Sandhills Global market report covering August data for used forklifts on LiftsToday.com and other Sandhills platforms shows sideways trends in asking values and downward pressure on auction prices.
Inventory levels in this market have been trending upward for seven months, with a decrease of 3.18% month-to-month and an increase of 27.67% year-over-year in August. The used cushion tire forklift category exhibited the largest M/M inventory decrease and the largest YOY increase.
