Used Aerial Lift Inventory Trending Up, Asking Prices Down Year Over Year
The new Sandhills Global market report covering August data for used aerial lifts on LiftsToday.com and other Sandhills platforms shows an increase in inventory levels while asking prices are trending downward and auction values have stayed flat.
Inventory in this market increased by 1.76% month over month in August and is up 4.9% year over year. Used articulating boom lifts showed the largest category increase in inventory in the last month, while used rough terrain scissor lifts led all categories in YOY changes. Asking values increased slightly in August, up 0.26% M/M after a six-month downward trend, but remained down 6.73% YOY.
